A structured 8-week morning yoga programme progressing from 3 rounds of Surya Namaskar to a complete 60-minute practice. Includes specific sequences for belly fat reduction, cortisol management, hormonal balance (PCOD-friendly), and metabolic activation. Led by certified yoga instructors at local parks across India. Free for all participants. Meets daily at 6 AM.
